A recognized charitable foundation
The Dr.-Ing. Hans-Toni Junius Foundation directly and exclusively pursues charitable purposes, is officially recognized by the state as a charitable organization, and is subject to regular monitoring by the applicable supervisory authorities. Donations and endowments are therefore tax deductible under section 10b of the German Income Tax Act (EStG). For donations up to an amount of 300.00 euros, the German tax authorities accept the bank transfer receipt as proof of your donation. If you make a larger donation, we’ll be more than happy to issue you a charitable donation certificate that meets the requirements of the German tax authorities.
